Vitor Machado is married to Manuela Fonseca and is the father of three children. He is the President of IBPF. Born again on September 17, 1994, he graduated in Theology from CEM (MOVE Portugal Mission Center).
He was ordained to the Ministry on April 11, 1999.
Since 2017, he has been Vice President of MOVE - Convention of Independent Baptist Churches of Portugal.
In 2019, he joined the international movement Catch The Fire Leaders Alliance.
He has a degree in Primary School Teaching, specializing in EVT.
He teaches Apologetics, Religions, and Sects at the CEM Seminary (Mission Center) and Visual Education and Technological Education in public schools.

Manuela Fonseca, married to Vitor Machado and mother of three children.

Graduated in Theology from CEM (MOVE Portugal Mission Center) on September 17, 2016.
She was ordained into the Ministry on April 25, 2017.
She has a degree in Secondary School Teaching of Biology and Geology.
She teaches Church History at the CEM Seminary (Center and Missions) and Natural Sciences and Biology in public schools.

Manuel Costa is married to Dulce Costa and has two children.
He is part of the church leadership as 1st secretary of the IBPF.
He graduated in Theology from the Santos Ministry Seminary in 2017.
He was ordained into the ministry in 2017.

Gabriel Furtado, married to Margarida Machado. He is part of the Board as 2nd secretary of the IBPF. He is a youth leader.
He holds a degree in Theology from CEM (Mission Center).
He was ordained to the Ministry of the Word on October 15, 2023.
He teaches Ecclesiology and Biblical Exposition at CEM Seminary (Mission Center).
